Have your beer and eat it too. Yes, you read that right! A unique sustainable dining experience offering 5 course dinner with beer pairing.

Dual Citizen has partnered with NETZRO & Upcycled Foods Chef, Scott Vanden Broecke to create a unique and sustainable dining experience that is not only good for you but the environment as well.

Chef Scott is committed to keeping food waste down because of the major impact it has on our environment . NETZRO's proprietary technology platform transforms Dual Citizens spent grain, a byproduct of the brewing process, into highly nutritious and flavorful upcycled ingredients. These ingredients will then be carefully curated into the 5 course menu to bring you a delicious, locally sourced, and sustainable dinner.

Each of these five courses will be paired with delicious Dual Citizen beers that will compliment and contrast the flavors of each dish!

1st Course - local tomato & local almond crusted chevre, basil, local micro greens, herb stem infused extra virgin oil, parm crisp

2nd Course - seared canadian walleye cake, charred local sweet corn relish, cob stock butter sauce, confit local tomato

3rd Course - D.C. beer grained mini pretzel bite, smoked pulled pork, oaxaca & D.C beer cheese sauce, local fennel slaw, sea salt

4th Course- grilled strip steak skewer, market vegetable skewer, roasted red pepper olive oil emulsion

5th Course - cinnamon crème brûlée, D.C. beer grained chocolate cake, berries
