Solo Diving the highest lake in the Brecon Beacons in winter - Llyn Cwm Llwch at 585mtr!

The aim of this short expedition was to dive the Brecon Beacons highest lake called Llyn Cwm Llwch in winter. Therefore on the 12th of January 2019 we are undertook this altitude dive in a Llyn (Lake) located on the Northern Flanks of the UK’s highest Red Sandstone Mountain, and the highest mountain in the Brecon Beacons - Pen Y Fan – the playground of the British SAS as it’s not been done before. The dive was a solo dive (i.e one diver) but with shore safety cover and support. And it was awesome!
