How to Make a Fillable Form in Microsoft Word

In this quick tech video, I'll show you how to create a fillable form in Microsoft Word. I must first enable the developer tab before I can create the form. To do this, I'll click on the file in the upper left-hand corner, then scroll down to the bottom left and click on options.

Once this dialog box appears, I'll click on customize ribbon, and over here on the right-hand side, where it says developer, I'll check that, as well as the add-ins, and click OK.

And, as you can see, the developer option is now available in the dropdown toolbar at the top of the page. So far, I've only created a simple document with a few boxes; in order to convert these into form-fillable fields, I need to go to the top ribbon and click on the developer tab.
