Repair electronic components/ Hisense BCD-535WPZR/HCU(E2) : compressor not start.

Welcome to my channel. Today I will show you how to repair the electronic board of a Hisense BCD-535WPZR/HCU(E2) refrigerator. Let's get started! The device, specifically the Hisense refrigerator BCD-535WPZR/HCU(E2), is not working. The display shows the temperature, and you can make certain settings, but the compressor does not start. I powered the main electronic board and found that there was voltage present on the board, as I checked most of the components to see if there were any issues, but I didn’t find anything defective. I then moved on to the motor's electronic board, specifically the inverter. After checking some basic components, I went straight to checking the IGBT transistors that control the refrigeration compressor, and to my surprise, I found an RGT16NS65DGTL transistor in short circuit. After removing the defective transistor, I measured the circuit controlling the transistor’s gate, and everything was fine. I ordered a transistor from this linkhttps://ro.mouser.com/ProductDetail/R... and received it sooner than expected. I installed the new transistor, performed some checks, and everything was fine. I then sent the electronic boards for installation and testing. I received feedback that everything is working within normal parameters.
