Federal Signal Modulator 6048 (Westminster chimes + custom timed attack) monthly siren test 10-7-20

Decided to return to Torrance again. Not much else to say, I met up with Dylan Keville for this test.

Torrance Refinery tests their 3 Modulators part of the community alert siren system on the first Wednesday of every month at 11:30 AM PST.
