In this video, we’ve built a Smart Agriculture Drone (Hexacopter) specially designed for spraying pesticides and fertilizers in farms 🌾.
This is a fully manual RC-controlled drone that mixes Robotics and Aerodynamics to help farmers save time, effort, and maintain accuracy during spraying.

🧰 Project Components Used
This drone uses a Radiolink Crossflight flight controller for stable and smooth flight control.
It runs on six A2212 1000KV brushless motors connected to 30A SimonK ESCs for balanced power.
All parts are mounted on a DJI F550 hexacopter frame with 1045 propellers for efficient lift.
A FlySky CT6B transmitter with FS-R6B receiver handles manual flight and spray control.
Power comes from a 5200mAh 3S LiPo battery, safely strapped with a nylon belt.
To minimize vibration, anti-vibration mounts are used beneath the controller.
The spraying system features a mini water pump, nozzle setup, and relay module for manual ON/OFF pesticide or fertilizer spraying.
🧠 How It Works
The Radiolink Crossflight flight controller keeps the drone stable in the air.
The six brushless motors generate lift and maintain balance during flight.
A mini water pump system is attached below the frame, connected to a spray tank.
The pump is controlled manually using a relay through the FlySky CT6B transmitter.
Shock absorbers reduce vibration for smoother and more accurate performance.
🌾 Project Goal
Our main goal was to create a low-cost agriculture spraying drone that can help farmers spray pesticides or fertilizers evenly without entering the crop area.
This drone makes the process faster, safer, and more efficient for everyday farming.

✅ Flight Time: 10–12 minutes (depends on payload)
✅ Payload Capacity: 500–800 ml (recommended for safety)
✅ Range: 300–500 meters
✅ Ideal For: Small to medium farm demos, school or college projects, and drone education
