1. All above posts are on contract basis for the period of 03 years and no claim will be
entertained for regularization on the part of selected candidates in future.

4. The relevant documents i.e Educational Certificates, Experience Certificates, Domicile.
CNIC and two passport size photographs, dully attested must be attached with
application, Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
5. Separate application must be forwarded if applied for more than one post.
6. Agelimit is inclusive of 5 years general age relaxation and further age relaxation will be
granted as per Government applicable policy.
7. Both Male and Female candidates have an equal opportunity to apply.
8. Center for test/ interview will be National Archives of Pakistan, Block-N, Pak. Secretariat,
Islamabad.
9. Only short listed candidates will be called for test/ interviews.
10. No TA/DA will be admissible.
