After needing to remove the battery during the head unit install (due to leaving the door open over night and it needing a charge) lifting it out was such a pain I never wanted to deal with that again. Thus I decided to get an Antigravity battery for the car. This battery is lithium technology so weights a lot less than conventional lead acid batteries - 40 lbs less specifically for this application.

I go over removing the old battery, installing the new battery, and then my thoughts on how the battery feels after being installed.
