Chickpea Lentils= 200 gm
Black Gram= 200 gm
Cumin Seeds= 200 gm
Fenugreek Seeds= 100 gm
Mustard Seeds= 200 gm
Black Pepper= 200 gm
Garlic= 600 gm
White Sesame Seeds= 200 gm
Poppy Seeds= 200 gm
Coriander Seeds= 1 kg
Asafoetida= 30 gm
Whole Kashmiri Red Chilly= 1 kg
Turmeric Powder= 3 tbsp
Curry Leaves= 200 gm

FOR THE SAMBAR:
To Pressure Cook the Dal:
Pigeon Peas Split= 1 kg
Water
Turmeric Powder= 1 tbsp

FOR THE TADKA:
Oil= 700 gm
Asafoetida Seeds= 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds= 1 muthi
Mustard Seeds= 2 tbsp
Fenugreek Seeds= 1 tsp
Whole Red Chilly= 1 muthi
Curry Leaves= 1 muthi
Onion= 3 kg
Tomato= 2 kg
Turmeric Powder= 1 tbsp
Deggi Mirch Powder= 2 tbsp
Green Beans= 500 gm
Bottle Gourd= 1500 gm
Carrot= 1 kg
Yellow Pumpkin= 3 kg
Drum Stick= 1 kg
Salt= 1 muthi
Water
Sambar Masala= 300 gm
Coconut= 500 gm
Jaggery (gud) = 500 gm
Tamarind (imli)= 1 kg
