In this video, I will show you how to setup woocommerce upsell and cross sell products. Setting up upsells and cross sells product in woocommerce is very easy.

What is upsells: Upsells are products which you recommend instead of the currently viewed product, for example, products that are more profitable or better quality or more expensive.
What is cross sells: Cross-sells are products which you promote in the cart, based on the current product.

So the up sells product will be shown on the products page itself as an recommended product. On the product page, you will also see related products which are generated automatically by woo-commerce based on the category of the product. So you can manually add the preferred products as up sells.
Cross sells product will not be shown on the product page. You will see the cross sells product when the product will be added in to the cart. On the carts, page, you will see the cross sells product. So it is like recommending the products based on the products already added to the cart.

👉 Steps to setup woocommerce upsell and cross sell product:
1. Go to Edit product on which you’d like to show an up-sell or cross-sell.
2. Scroll down to the Product Data panel.
3. Select the Linked Products tab in the left menu.
4. You will see option to add upsell and cross sell.
4. Add the products you wish to link to by searching for it.
5. Update.
