क्या Low AMH के साथ स्वस्थ बच्चा पा सकते है ? यह प्रश्न सभी माओ के मन में रहता है जिन्हे Low AMH है। इसी के कारन उनके मन में डर पैदा हुआ रहता है। आज इस व्हिडिओ में डॉ.जय मेहता, क्या Low AMH के साथ स्वस्थ बच्चा पा सकते है ? जब AMH1.5 या 1.6 रहता है , उसे हम Low AMH कहते है। इस Low AMH के अलग अलग categories जैसे की
Low AMH 1.5-1.6 ng/ml
Very Low Less than 0.1ng/ml
Extremely Low Less than 0.5 ng/ml

Can I have Healthy Baby with Low AMH ?
यह सवाल लोगो के मन में रहता है की महिला जिसको Low AMH है मतलब egg reserve कम और शायद egg quality भी कम होगी और ऐसे में क्या ऐसी महिला को अपने egg से स्वस्थ बच्चा पैदा हो सकता है ?AMH egg की quality और quantity के बारेमें जानकारी देता है पर ज्यादातर महिलाओ को Low AMH हुए महिलाओ को पता भी नहीं रहता की उनको Low AMH है क्युकी उनकी प्रेगनेंसी भी कम उम्र में होती है जिसके वजहसे उनको जांच की जरुरत ही नहीं पड़ती।

अगर आपका AMH कम है तो आप खुदका स्वस्थ बच्चा पा सकते हो। यह भी बात ध्यान में रखनी बोहोत जरुरी है की एक बार जब conception होता है तो सिर्फ AMH पे निर्भर नहीं रहता उसके आलावा यह endometrial factors यनेके uterus के गद्दी पे भी निर्भर करता है। इसके आलावा sperm quality पे भी प्रेगनेंसी निर्भर करती है और placenta के development पे भी healthy baby होना निर्भर करता है।
कई बार patient यह भी पूछते है की Low AMH के वजहसे बेबी में कोई डिफेक्ट तो नहीं होंगे ? या IVF में पैदा हुए बच्चे सामान्य बच्चो की तरह होंगे ? यह एक गलत धारणा है।

AMH के आलावा दूसरा महत्वपूर्ण factor रहता है age। Age of the ovary / egg यह AMH से भी ज्यादा महत्वपूर्ण factor है जिसपे बेबी के defects निर्भर करते है। ऐसे में जो औरत ३० साल की है उन्हें इन चीज़ो की फ़िक्र करने की जरुरत नहीं है पर जो औरत ४० साल की हो तो शायद थोड़ा डरने की जरुरत है क्युकी AMH normal होने के बावजूद भी यह birth defects या complications होने की सम्भावनाये होती है। Structural anamoly और AMH का एक दूसरे से कोई सम्बन्ध नहीं है। Low AMH के बाद भी स्वस्थ बच्चा हो सकता है।
