Is ROSE better than a God Roll Austringer?!

Destiny 2 has a TON of amazing hand cannons, and a new (well... returning) one was just added to the picture. Rose was formerly a 150rpm lightweight hand cannon but now has returned as 140rpm model, while retaining the lightweight frame benefit of the old lightweight hand cannons. It's definitely good, but how does it hold up against the best options like Austringer, Eyasluna and Fatebringer?
