How many days a week should you work out? It depends on your fitness level. If you are a beginner asking how often should I work out, maybe 3 days per week is enough. How many days a week should you work out if you’re intermediate? Maybe 4-5. If you are advanced, how often to workout is dependent on your goals. If you’re working toward an aesthetic or an athletic goal, you may find that working out up to 6 days per week is fine. But you still need rest.

Listen to your body, get enough sleep and pay attention to diet! If you are asking yourself, am I overtraining, it is time to take a look at your training habits!
