The Sacred G Breath is an incredible technique so you can function at your peak potential.

technique, breath deeply filling your lungs completely and as you breath out, ensure that there’s no more breath in your lungs. You will notice part way through this technique, you might get light-headed, you might even get lost, which is perfectly fine, that’s a part of it. After we complete these 13 breaths, it will take approximately two minutes for your body to come back and you’ll find that you’re in a nice space with balance, peace and focus. So let’s get started!
