If you want the best pineapple juice possible you'll need to juice your own pineapples. The process is simple as long as you have a blender and a fine mesh strainer or ideally, a nut milk bag.

But is it worth your time to go to the effort to make the juice compared to the canned or bottled versions? I think it's definitely worth it if making multiple cocktails and your only other option is canned. But if you have access to the Cold Pressed Pineapple Juice I think that's a perfectly acceptable substitution. In fact, if you end up juicing a Pineapple not in its prime the cold-pressed varieties are often superior. They're also consistent, which can help you if you are fine-tuning a drink over time.
