Ingredients
1 onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, chopped
400g tin chopped tomatoes
2tbsp curry powder
Handful fresh coriander
1 tsp fresh grated ginger (or ground ginger)
300g chicken breast, cut into chunks
80g Greek yoghurt
To serve:
Long grain rice, cooked to package instructions
Extra yoghurt
