Kakashi Hatake is one of the strongest naruto characters to ever exist but did you know his father is actually a lot stronger than fans realize? Here’s how strong Sakumo Hatake was in his prime as the white fang before he killed himself. We learn in naruto’s manga that not only was this guy a beast during the second ninja war, still being hated and feared by sand shinobi decades after the war, but we also learn that his power was stronger than that of the collective legendary sannin. That’s no small feat either. The legendary sannin in base were each relative to 69 year old hiruzen who fought Orochimaru and the first naruto fanbook directly states their collective power was equal to the five kage from naruto part 1, so: Onoki, the 4th raikage, Yagura, Rasa, and 69 year old Hiruzen. This is why in the third ninja war, long after he was dead, stone shinobi saw Kakakshi’s white hair and blade and were briefly scared thinking he was the dreaded white fang before realizing kakashi was only a child.
