Prince William's team were forced to clarify  his and wife's position on Andrew.

The news broke even before William’s plane had touched down in Riyadh, with the Prince and Princess of Wales breaking their silence on the controversy.

But even that moment was blown out of the water by another royal statement, this one from Buckingham Palace, and approved by King Charles.
