DJI care refresh warranty program experience with mini 3 pro

In this video, I share my experience with DJI's drone replacement program after my Mini 3 Pro flew away. I'll walk you through the steps I took to file a claim, how long it took to get a replacement drone, and my overall thoughts on the experience.

I was really impressed with how easy it was to file a claim. I just went to the DJI website, filled out a form, and uploaded a few photos of my drone. Within a few days, I had a confirmation email that my claim had been approved.

The replacement drone arrived about a week later. It was brand new, in the original packaging, and it came with a full one-year warranty. I was really happy with the speed and efficiency of the replacement process.

Overall, I had a great experience with DJI's drone replacement program. If you're ever in the unfortunate situation of losing your drone, I highly recommend using this program.
