Homemade Siopao Asado recipe or Steamed Pork Bun is easy and fun to make. With a sweet and savory meat filling and soft and fluffy bread, the steamed buns are just as good or even better than store-bought. Plus learn the tips on how to make the buns pearly white. My way on how to make a delicious siopao, on how to make the dough from the scratch. It is easy enough to blend up the taste of Asado filling to get the right balance of sweet and salty I wanted, but then bun itself proved that is more difficult to balance the ingredients in order to reach the fluffy, moist, soft, and delicious bread. Pork Filling:
1kg sliced pork
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 medium minced onion
