Good day tribe, I am finally able to upload this video for you all. As many of you know I decided to have surgery to remove my implants and replace them. It has been 8 weeks and I am returning to exercise and back to our channels. To be honest with everyone, I wanted to do a complete explant and through major consideration and research I decided to replace the implants and do reconstructive surgery.

everything turned out great and I feel amazing after these few weeks. I don't think I ever shared with everyone how self conscious I was for years and I suggest all of you who are in this process to do the research needed to find a competent doctor. The 35 year old Massy who decided to undergo surgery when competing would have never done any procedure on my body, but being so young and impressionable I have lived with the consequences of those actions.

I want to thank my friends and Dr Robert Kessler for the amazing support during this journey. I am now getting back to moving 100% and can't wait to be back here with you my tribe!
