Visit any Italian restaurant and you will probably find Veal Piccata on the menu. This savory entree is loaded with flavor from the butter, lemon & capers. Watch as I cook it in the traditional style and also a healthier option for those cutting out white flour in their diet. You will not believe how simple this recipe is!

Ingredients:
1 pound of veal cutlets
2 TBS of capers
2 TBS of lemon juice (fresh)
2 TBS of butter
2 TBS of olive oil
1/3 cup of all purpose flour (replace this with Almond Flour for low-carb option)
1/2 cup of white wine (I used an inexpensive Pinot Grigio)
Salt & Pepper to taste

Angel Hair Pasta (traditional)
Cauliflower Pasta (I used linguine and it was fabulous)

Since cutting out the "whites" in my diet my sinus issues have totally disappeared! I am going to offer as many healthy options as I can for my recipes!
