KTM 790-HOW TO CHANGE THE OIL AND RESET SERVICE LIGHT (ADV, ADV R, Duke)

I am not a top flight mechanic, but I guarantee that like me, if you have a 790, you can change your own oil and save a few bucks.

This video will walk you through the oil change and TFT Service reset on your dash. Everything should be the same between the KTM 790 Duke, 790 Adventure, and 790 Adventure R. If there are any differences, please let me know so that I can update the video.

Below is a list of the Parts and Tools necessary for your oil change. I did not include the screens that go on the magnetic drain plugs.

Tools:
T30 Torx
13mm Socket
10mm Wrench
Oil Pan
Funnel (with hose if possible)
Shop rags/ cleaner
irwin grip or pliers

Parts:
Motorex 10W/50 Power Synt 4T (3 Quarts)
KTM Oil Filter 61338015200
KTM O-Ring 0770039026
