K8MRD gave me the idea, I just changed some of the hardware around. Yes, the audio is a little potato - this was made to send to a friend but figured some of my fellow hams out there could benefit from it as well. 73!
The "Nite Ize" things in this video are the Nite Ize CamJams. I would recommend a small knot at the back of the cam after it's put up to keep the loose bit of cord from pulling perpendicular to the cam, as that's how it disengages.
Also, my neighbors' dogs drive me nuts too...
