HBHQ (Heartbreaker Harleyquinn) Sample Build

HBHQ (Heartbreaker Harleyquinn) is a member of the Loa (League of Anarchy) team. While she's not so useful on her own, she can do lots of damage with the help of EPI (Entangling Poison Ivy), which is the source of Dot (damage over time). With the third member of Loa team being LLTJ (Last laugh the Joker).
HBHQ deals increased damage to stunned opponent. Her source of stun is her sp2 (special 2) which can stun the non-harmonious bosses. EPI sp3 (for non-harmonious bosses) or for when LLTJ Knocked out from the team.
HBHQ needs a source of stun, the longer the better. For this purpose, Batman characters can help her a great deal. AKBM (Arkham Knight Batman), Silver Batman, PBM (Predator Batman) have a useful stun special 2 which provide a relatively long duration of stun. Note that AKBM has a chance of stunning Harmonious bosses.
HBHQ being a damage dealer needs maximum CAD (critical attack damage), CAC (critical attack chance) for start. Depending on the situation, she might need maximum LAC (Lethal attack chance) and Defense. She also needs maximum armor pierce on her talents.
