As anyone who has shot hockey can tell you, it is an incredibly fast-paced sport. The players move like they have small rockets strapped to their feet so to freeze the action, (pun intended) very fast shutter speeds are required.

The ultra-fast 20fps full autofocus F and 60fps fixed focus drive modes of the G9 make it significantly easier to capture split second moments and the 6K/4K photo function adds to the arsenal of shooting modes.

Working in conjunction with the burst drive capability is a lighting fast autofocus system that can acquire focus in just 0.04 seconds, ensuring that you have an even better chance of getting the shot.
