We will start by making the cheese sauce

Ingredients:
2 tbsp of butter
Oil
2 tbsp of crushed garlic
2 finely chopped green chillies
1 inch of chopped ginger
2 medium sized finely chopped onions
1 chopped capsicum
Salt
4 medium sized finely chopped tomatoes
1/4th tsp Turmeric Powder
1 1/2 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Chaat Masala
2 cup of Milk
1 1/2 cup of Cheese
Coriander

Method:
Put 2 tbsp butter and a little bit of oil in the pan and let it heat up a bit.
Once the butter and oil is warm, add 2 tbsp of crushed garlic and saute it for a minute
Add 2 finely chopped green chillies ( quantity can be altered according to taste) and 1 inch of chopped ginger. Mix it well on a high flame.
Add 2 medium sized finely chopped onions and 1 chopped capsicum. Sauté it on a high flame until the onions turn golden brown.
You can add a little bit of salt to decrease the cooking time.
Add 4 medium sized finely chopped tomatoes and mix well on high flame. Sauté for a minute.
After the tomatoes are well mixed, add 1/4th tsp turmeric powder, 1 1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp chaat masala and a bit of salt. Mix well and sauté it for 5 to 7 mins or until the tomatoes are soft.
Add 1 1/2 cup of milk and mix well (You can also use full fat milk instead of normal milk, this will help enhance the taste of the dish).
Add 1 cup of cheese and let it cook until all the cheese has melted
Once the cheese has melted properly, you can adjust the spices according to your taste buds.
Turn off the flame and let it cool down. Make a puree once it has completely cooled down
Add 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of cheese to the puree. Mix well and let it cook for some time. You can add salt according to your taste.
Add some coriander and your sauce is ready.

Now we will make Masala Bread to eat along with the gravy

Ingredients:
Butter
4 to 5 cloves of Crushed Garlic
Coriander
Pav Bhaji Masala
Red Chilli Powder
Salt
Bread (Pav)

Method:
1. Heat up a pan and add some butter.
2. Add 4 to 5 cloves of crushed garlic, a bit of coriander, pav bhaji masala, red chilli powder and salt and mix it well.
3. Cut the bread in bite size pieces and add it to the pan. Mix it well and let it cook for some time until it gets crisp

And your dish is ready. Serve Hot!
