This surgical video demonstrates the technique of preparing a donor graft tissue for Descemet Stripping Automated Endothelial Keratoplasty (DSAEK), which is a partial thickness corneal transplantation procedure. The steps include mounting the donor corneoscleral rim on an artificial anterior chamber following by cutting the graft using a microkeratome to a depth that is adjusted to control the thickness of the resulting posterior lenticule.
