Fruits Basket has always been a heartfelt, cathartic type of anime, and this second season deepens the emotional pulling to the maximum! Home, originally performed by Toki Asako, is a brilliantly done opening theme for Fruits Basket. Every piece of the lyrics just makes me want to cry, just like every episode I’ve seen thus far.

For this song, not just any simple instrumental would do. Please welcome back Flora, my flute! Although I’m quite rusty, I felt some warm flute tones would be just the touch my cover needed to shine. I do hope you enjoy it! YOU are MY home sweet home, after all! hugs
