Ingredients:
1 cup cooked Rice
2 spoons Dahi
2 Spoons Besan
1/4th tsp haldi
1 spoon Red chilli Powder
salt as per taste
1/2 cup water
Oil
1 tsp Rai
1 tsp Jeera

Method :
• Take cooked rice in bowl add dahi to it(dahi should not be sour)Then add besan ,haldi,red chilli powder, salt and water to it.

• Mix it well with hand or spoon
• Now grease the plate with oil and pour the batter to it.
• Steam it for 10 -12mins.
• Cool it completely and cut into pieces.
• Take pan heat the oil
Add Rai & Jeera, then add dhokla and mix it well.
• Your rice dhokla is ready
