Recipe #3 Rice Pudding
150g rice (Jasmin)
750ml milk
60g sugar
1. Stir rice and milk together on medium heat until thickens up, turn to low heat as temperature rises.
2. Once rice is cooked to your liking, add sugar, stir, and then take off heat
(I like mine sweet so I add extra sugar and a little bit of cinnamon :) )

Recipe #2 Lasagna
Sauce:
500g beef mince
half onion - diced
Dolmio Pasta Sauce
Dorito Salsa Mild - half of jar
1.In a large saucepan, head 1tbsp of olive oil, then add onion
2. Once onion is transparent, add meat. Stir until colour changes.
3.Add sauces, salt and pepper, stir and let it simmer for 5 minutes on low-med.
Cheese Sauce:
1.On low-med heat, add 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp of flour - whisk
2. Add 1 and 1/2 cup of milk. Add salt and whisk until thickens.
3. Once it thickens, add a handful of mozzarella cheese - whisk well until cheese is melted.
Assemble:
Put a little bit of sauce on the bottom of the oven dish. Add pasta sheets, half of cheese, and half of meat. Repeat once again (depending on how deep your dish is, you can do 2 or 3 layers. With the dish I had, I had only 2 layers.) Top with mozzarella cheese and put it the oven at 180 Degrees Celsius for 40-45 min.

Recipe #4 Cantonese Chicken Noodle Stir Fry
2 Chicken thighs, cut to bite size pieces
half an onion, sliced
vegetables of your choice: broccoli, carrot, capsicum, cabbage
Lee Kum Kee Sauce Cantonese Chicken
Hokkien Noodles, boiled
1. In a large fry pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil over high heat.
2. Add vegetables, stir, and then add lid so the vegetables get a little bit steamed. Once vegetables are vibrant and softened a bit, take off heat.
3. Heat 1 tbsp of oil over high heat. Add chicken and cook through.
4. Add vegetables, then noodles, then sauce. Stir through well. Take off heat and enjoy.

Recipe #5 Chicken Tomato Stir Fry
4 Chicken thighs, cut into bite size pieces
Celery, capsicum, carrot, onion, all diced.
1 cup Tomato Sauce
Salt, pepper, vegeta
1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in sauce pan,
2. Saute vegetables.
3. Add chicken and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add tomato sauce and season to taste with salt, pepper, and vegetable.
5. Cook on low, covered, for 15-20 min.
Serve with rice
