This is how-to calibration video for our new product - full HD 1080P 360 degree around view monitoring #AVM system.

Here are the main steps for calibration:
1. Set up your vehicle width & length
2. As we use 2 pieces of checkerboard cloth for both front and rear, each same ize of 4.4M x 1.2M. There’s a black square (1M x 1M) at both end of the checkerboard cloth, the 4 corners of the black square are are used as the exact point for calibration.
3. Calibration order of cameras: Left, right, front, then rear.

360 degree full HD 1080P panoramic bird view car driving & parking assist system consists fish eye cameras on all four sides, each of which is capable of capturing more than 170 degree of the horizontal field of view. An electronic control unit (ECU) or main control blends the four views into one image as a bird-view of your car from overhead on a display in the cockpit. The display enables drivers to park and maneuver safely at low speeds. Image stitching – the merging and joining of various individual images – permits calculation and display of the vehicle's position from a variety of angles. Images from a single camera are also possible for keeping an eye on critical areas when maneuvering.
