Visited Robinsons Land Corp. newest Township development here in Cainta, Rizal. They have studio and 1-2 bedroom units. There's a total 4 towers, Tower 1 turn over date 2025, Tower 2 on 2026, Tower 3 on 2027 and Tower 4 (To be determined.
There will be a lot of development in this area (Ortigas Extension Taytay to Cainta) like the MRT-4 from Taytay to Edsa, to be completed around 2026.
With BPO's and other condos nearby, pricing per sqm. Is going up. Let us know what you think about the 18 Hectare Township development by RLC.
