I just apply the colloidal silver once daily, (as isolated in a small tote, with air stone) when I do my water change. I lower the water to the point that the koi is laying on its side, and I use the eye dropper to apply it directly to effected area. The residual silver is then in the water and continues to aid in fighting off infection, until next water change … I will do this until area is healed. This koi is markably improved since I’ve started this treatment. I also used it on fry with sleeping disease (after the salt and heat wasn’t saving them) and had great success with the silver once I added it to the water.
