Ingredients & Process:
3/4 CUP MILK
2 TEASPOON VINEGAR
1.1/4 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
3/4 CUP POWDER SUGAR
1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
1/4 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
1/2 CUP OIL
MIX THE BUTTER MILK
MIX IT WELL
1 TEASPOON BUTTERSCOTCH EXTRACT
3-4 DROPS YELLOW FOOD COLOR
MIX IT WELL
6 INCH CAKE MOULD

BUTTERSCOTCH PRALINE:
1/2 CUP SUGAR
2 TABLESPOON WATER
CARAMELIZED THE SUGAR
1/4 CUP MIXED NUTS (CASHAW, ALMOND, PEANUT)
SPREAD IT ON A BAKING PAPER
COOL COMPLETELY
BREAK IT INTO SMALL PIECES
CRUSH IT
CLEAR THE EDGES
CUT OUT THE TOP & SIDE PARTS
DIVIDE THE CAKE IN TO 3 LAYERS
1 TEASPOON BUTTERSCOTCH EXTRACT IN SUGAR SYRUP
BRUSH SOME SUGAR SYRUP
PUT A LAYER OF WHIPPED CREAM
SPREAD SOME BUTTERSCOTCH PRALINE
REPEAT THE PROCESS
SPREAD A THICK LAYER OF PRALINE ON THE TOP
