Week 3 Movements

We are happy to have you in our fitness community. Our ‘Drive for Fitness’ program is designed to help improve overall strength and fitness, with an emphasis on at-home workouts and golf specific movements.

This is a 3-day program, with 1 day at the gym for equipment use and loaded resistance, and the other 2 days can be performed at home with minimal equipment.
Warm up options given, any warm-up is great for any day, freedom to choose.

Days can be performed in the order that works best for your schedule. At home equipment recommendations, light and moderate dumbbell or kettlebell, pull up bar, weighted ball - ex. wall ball or slam ball.

This is designed to be a 6-week program, increasing weight/reps as movements become easier and less challenging.
