Visiting scholar from China conducts Olympic sports research at Cal State Fullerton

Dr. Yanan Feng, an assistant professor who comes from Guangzhou Sport University in China, is currently a Visiting Scholar at Cal State Fullerton (CSUF). With a major in Humanity and Sociology Sports, she is excited to be conducting research on Olympic games and Olympic movement during her visit.

Dr. Feng is guided by her host faculty, Dr. Matthew Llewellyn, who is a professor in the CSUF Department of Kinesiology and Co-Director of the Center for Sociocultural Sport and Olympic Research (CSSOR). Dr. Llewellyn has his own past experience as a study abroad student, and it has carried into his passion today for hosting Visiting Scholars such as Dr. Feng.
