Join me in Los Gigantes in Santiago Del Teide as we check out the New Tipsy Restaurant for some lunch. This was formally Tipsy Terrace but was taken over a few months ago and with some fresh new leadership there has been some positive changes. We meet with the new owner Daniel who explains all the changes he has made and gives us a clue of what else is to come.
