An explanation for my counting system:
The wikipedia definition of kidnapping is "the unlawful confinement of a person against their will, often including transportation/asportation."
However, ACME kidnaps multiple times, despite being part of the law. It didn't seem right to disregard ACME in this video, but it also meant that I couldn't leave out official lawful arrests.
I left in attempted and implied kidnappings cuz i thought it would be funny lol
