Walt Disney Studios Park (Parc Walt Disney Studios) opened on 16 March 2002. A multi-year expansion opening in phases from 2022 to 2025 will completely transform the Walt Disney Studios Park. Walt Disney Studios Park will feature new areas based on Marvel, Star Wars and Frozen, all surrounding a new man-made lake. The first of these expansions Avengers Campus opened in July 2022 along with the 30th Anniversary celebrations of Disneyland Paris opening

Disneyland Paris is an entertainment resort in Chessy, France, 32 km (20 miles) east of Paris. It consists of two theme parks, 6 Disney Resort hotels, Disney Nature Resorts, a shopping, dining and entertainment complex and a golf course.

Disneyland Park was the first park to open on the 12th April 1992 as Euro Disneyland with the resort known as Euro Disney Resort. A second theme park, the Walt Disney Studios Park, opened in 2002.

Disneyland Paris has gone through a number of name changes since opening as Euro Disney Resort. On the 1st June 1994 the name changed to Euro Disneyland Paris before dropping the Euro part a few months later on the 1st October 1994. Between 16th March 2002 and 3rd April 2009 the resort was known as the Disneyland Resort Paris before changing back to just Disneyland Paris again.

Disneyland Paris celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2022, with celebrations starting 6th March. A brand new area opened 20th July 2022 from the Marvel Universe known as Marvel Avengers Campus.
