We will start a 5-week journey on Sunday, July 28th, focusing on Understanding Consciousness for Self-knowledge and Liberation.

As we undergo the transformation process, we experience various levels of consciousness. These levels indicate where we are and guide us to the next steps we can take. In this five-session series, we will explore different levels of consciousness and learn how they can help us achieve peace and fulfillment. The workshops will include somatic practices.

Online Sessions will be Sunday, July 28th, August 4th, 11th, and 18th from 10:00 am - 11:30 am EST.

Dr. Jivasu is a pediatrician and spiritual teacher with over 30 years of experience. He has taught thousands of seekers around the world.
