Theme Hospital [Ep.3] - Retro PC Gameplay [AMD K5 PR166 S3 Virge MSDOS 6.22][No Commentary]

What is going on here?

I have a large collection of retro PC hardware and games. I've decided to play each of the games for at least 1 hour to see how they are.

Theme Hospital Episode 3! Playing the level 3 where we get new diagnosis rooms also operating theatre. This episode will be the last episode in this series, I'll switch to a different game. Not sure which one!

Capture:
VGA output goes into a VGA Splitter. One cable connects to my monitor, and the other goes into the Gefen VGA to DVI Scaler. From there, a DVI to HDMI converter takes the signal into the Elgato GameCapture 4K60. As for sound, it's a bit simpler: a 3.5mm splitter; one side connects to my headphones, and the other goes to my capture PC'sFocusrite Scarlett 2i2 3rd Gen. Everything comes together in OBS.
