LOS ANGELES, May 19, 2024 — At the Asia Society Southern California's (ASSC) 2024 Annual Gala, Tonic Co-Founder and violinist Ray Chen is honored as “Music Visionary”. In his acceptance, Chen shares his realization that questioning his identity became a path to his true mission. Violinist, pianist, and chorister Allen Wang presents the award to the Taiwanese-Australian violinist, who is also his mentor, role model, and musical hero.
