Admirals pie on the hob, pressure cooker add cosori 12 litre air fryer oven

This is just a bulk cook of an Admiral’s pie. They really aren’t like the ones you buy in the supermarket’s. Cooked on the hob and the air fryer to finish. Six meals, two for now and four in the freezer.

Ingredients
1.5 kg spuds
1 litre milk
1 kg mixed fish
2x leeks
100 g butter
6 tbsp plain flour
A good hand full of
Parsley
Peas
Sweet corn

Salt and pepper to taste

Topping
Bread crumbs
