What if Anakin Found Redemption in Hazbin Hotel - Season 2? Let's explore the depths of it in this video.
Charlie: Hey, everyone, it’s been a while since we were last here. But as you all know, Anakin ended up in hell, and when I saw all his sins and came to us. At first, I wasn’t sure if I could redeem him, but after seeing him save Angel Dust, I decided to give him a chance. Pauses. And he gave his life for us alongside Sir Pentious…for this. That’s why I’m here now, to continue this mission, for them and for everyone else here. And I believe the first step is understanding where we went wrong. So why doesn’t everyone go around and explain why they believe they were sent to hell?
Dooku: Attempted genocide.
Charlie: Long pause. Oh god lord…alright. Well, I mean, Anakin did some bad stuff, too. Maybe the rest of you won’t be so bad.
It soon becomes clear that it was just as bad as each of her new guests' lists down their crimes. Human experimentation for Tenebrous, organized crime and drug dealing by Maul, aggressive child murdering by Qimir, actual genocide by Skere Kaan, and mass murder by Grievous.
Plagueis: Insider trading…among other things.
Luminara: I still don’t know what I did to end up here.
Dooku: Are you fucking serious?
Luminara: Alright, there might have been some child endangerment along the way…
Mace: And for me, it was the overuse of the word ‘motherfucker’, and for Master Mundi, not sending those child support checks he was supposed to.
Charlie: Alright then, I see we’ve gathered quite a few ‘unique’ sinners. I know things might not seem promising, but I’m sure if we work together, we can find a way to redeem all of you. I mean, you’ve always done so well. We have fewer fights, no more Force mishaps, and Vaggie only had to break up two Sith orgies last week.
Plagueis: Sarcastic. Ya, thanks for that, by the way.
Dooku: What she is saying is that there is much work to do and not much time to do it. We cannot afford the luxury of sitting around here, not while heaven is reeling from the recent battle and Hell is still trying to recover. So let us get to work.
This seems to stir the gathered Sith Lords and Jedi, who all nod in agreement and get to their feet. They return to their rooms or to their designated activities.
Charlie spares the Count a grateful nod. Since Anakin’s death, he had stepped up as her new second in command, and it was thanks to him that so many had even joined them in the first place.
After their latest success in the extermination, Dooku and Maul spread the word to the other Force users, and within the week, over a dozen former Sith and Jedi had turned up. Though some of them were only interested in the promise that they did not need to live in fear of angels.
These Force users also bring many of their assets and followers, turning the hotel into a major power base almost overnight. But with these new allies come different ideas. Many like Maul and Plagueis wish to continue fighting and take over Hell from the Overlords in order to fully secure their position for the next exorcist. They argue that the Vees, Palpatine, and the Sith who haven’t joined them will continue to challenge the hotel's legitimacy, forcing them into a two-front war.
But Charlie dismisses these claims and insists that all they can do is continue working on themselves and figure out how redemption actually works.
Meanwhile, Dooku busies himself with running the day-to-day of the guests alongside Vaggie, using his old experience as the leader of the CIS to keep things civil in the hotel. He helps Vaggie listen to the complaints of regular sinners while having Tenebrous design servant droids to help maintain the hotel.
They continue activities like group therapy, meditation, and classes on self-improvement to try to speed up redemption, but others are not so interested in that. Maul and the others continue to leave and monitor their holdings outside the hotel, managing their control and even occasionally joining up in gang wars against overlords and rival organizations.
Even Dooku maintains his own holdings, though he allows his proxies to handle them and spends his time in the hotel. Dooku tries to convince the other Sith to join him in this effort, but they are reluctant to abandon their gangs and holdings.
