I record in 8k 24fps and then process in the desktop Insta360 Studio before uploading to street view. Here are the steps:

1. Plug cam into computer and open Insta360 studio
2. Import all projects
3. Select a clip
4. Click Export (top right)
5. Switch to 360 video
5. Output folder - find the Insta360 folder that was created, go to Projects folder, find the folder that contains the .insv for that clip, it will have the same video number at the end (001, 002, etc) - use that folder
6. Bitrate slider - turn all the way up to 200
7. Check the box that says export .GPX file (you need to upload this during the video upload to GSV - after you select the video it will give you a warning. You need to click the 3 dots to upload the .GPX file).

OPTIONAL - I use these output settings before exporting (panel on the right) to make the video look better.

1. Optical Flow Stitching
2. Chromatic Calibration, then click Calibrate
3. Color Plus - I set to 50 (brightens the video)

If you have any specific questions or issues let me know! Also make sure to start recording through the app while you're already moving - and stop the video while you're moving. The GPS doesn't like it when you start recording while stopped.
