In 2021/2021 Martin and Tiphaine cycled from Cancun in Mexico to Antigua, Guatemala, back to Mexico and then all the way North to the USA. This is the part from Cancun to Mazatlan.

We cycled the Yucatan peninsula, the highlands of Guatemala, trekked the Volcano Acatenango, cycled up to 4000m altitude of the Nevado de Toluca. Mostly we used small roads, and cycled parts of the Trans Mexico Norte bikepacking route.
