About Baljinder / Bally:
Prior to her call to the Bar in Canada, Baljinder was a fully qualified solicitor in England, and continues to be a member in good standing with the Law Society of England & Wales.

Baljinder completed her accreditation in Canada, culminating with articling with Francis Mehr LLP, where she proudly joined as an associate in 2019. Her areas of practice are real estate, wills and estates and family law. Her work ethic and integrity ensures that her client’s interests are protected, and that they receive sound legal advice.

Be it through the high points of life in purchasing a new home, or dealing with divorce or the death of a loved one, Baljinder’s thoughtful, measured approach to dealing with clients ensure that they understand their risks and obligations as they go through life’s legal challenges.

Baljinder is proud of her Indian heritage and is well able to offer her services in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
