Study Focus Chill Electronic Deep Concentration, Beta Isochronic Tones

Описание к видео Study Focus Chill Electronic Deep Concentration, Beta Isochronic Tones

Increase focus and concentration levels with beta wave isochronic tones combined with a chill electronic music playlist. This is designed to increase concentration and focus and is part of my Study Focus isochronic tones series.

Isochronic tones produce a stronger and more powerful brainwave entrainment effect compared to binaural beats study music tracks or standard music.

How Does it Work?

This upbeat study music is mixed with isochronic tones in the 14-17Hz beta frequency range and it's designed to help to boost your focus and concentration levels. It's an ideal study aid music session when you want to increase your focus while studying, reading, or engaging in any mentally taxing activity over a longer period.

New randomized frequencies

You can view an image showing how the isochronic tones session is constructed at the start of the video.

My Study Focus isochonic tomes session typically contains frequencies between 14-17Hz. With this track I have randomized the frequencies within a similar close range of 13.6Hz to 17.4Hz. This will help prevent habitation for long-term users of this particular frequency range. So your brain doesn't get to use to the same frequencies.

Why Isochronic Tones are Superior to Binaural Beats

When measured on an EEG, binaural beats produce only a very tiny response in the brain and have minimal impact on brainwave driving. Isochronic tones produce a much more pronounced and distinct sounding beat, which makes them a more superior and effective tool for brainwave entrainment purposes. Headphones are NOT required for this video.

How Should You Listen to This?

Use this instrumental study music track while you are actually studying, reading or working on a task. Although you don't need headphones you may find using them more helpful if you are listening in a noisy work or study environment.

How Loud Should The Volume Be?

Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with. It shouldn't be so loud that it hurts your ears or becomes too distracting.
