On Spirituality, Meditation and Trauma Work - Peter Levine and Thomas Hübl sharing their wisdom

In a conversation at the SAND conference, Dr. Peter Levine and Thomas Hübl share their thoughts on meditation, spirituality and trauma work. From personal experience, I do agree with them than trauma work can open portals to the spiritual path because when opening trauma points and releasing frozen energy we are able to achieve a different level of consciousness.
